Poetry Reading | January 13 | Le Hinton

6:30pm - 8:30pm. Open reading starts at 6:30. Le will read from 7 till 7:30 or so with additional open reading to follow. Le Hinton is well known and highly regarded among poetry enthusiasts of Central PA, Philadelphia and the Maryland/DC area. His own enthusiasm for great poetry is reflected in his work as the publisher of the poetry journal, The Fledgling Rag and the small press - Iris G Press, which has brought forth a handful of wonderful chapbooks and book length collections by poets, Jeff Rath, Rebecca Gonzalez and others. Le will be reading new, unpublished work in addition to earlier work from published collections including his 2008, Black on Most Days.Read an interview here.

6:30pm - 8:00pm. Open reading starts at 6:30. Abi will read from 7 till 7:20 or so with additional open reading to follow. The bookshop is an excellent and supportive setting for poets to share their work. Poets, poetry enthusiasts and the just curious all welcome. We hope to see you at the shop on Wednesday.
